We know moving can be a stressful time and we aim to take the stress out of moving and make the process as smooth as possible. Our service standards apply to all properties whether you are selling a gated mansion house or a small flat.  Every seller gets:

One Point of Contact – We know it is easier to deal with one person rather than being passed around the team, so you will have one experienced agent from start to finish.  We will give you regular feedback from viewings and once a sale is agreed we will liaise with the solicitors to make sure everything stays on track.

Professional Photos and Floor Plans – This is our chance to showcase your home and we want to make you proud.  We believe every property should look smart and professional without exception.

Rightmove, Zoopla, Onthemarket & Primelocation – These are the websites where potential buyers searching for a new home. We advertise on all of them. 

Brochures – We have designed our own unique brochures that we use for every property we market.  For examples please see our properties for sale.

We are acting on "no sale no fee basis" and our fees start from 2% plus VAT or 2.4% inc. of VAT of achieved sale price. Other options are also available upon request.

We are members of both the Property Ombudsman and Safeagent Schemes. Stelfort is also part of the Safeagent client money protection scheme.
