Whether you are looking to let out a high street shop or a building with self contained office units we will be able to assist. We would negotiate the most practical and suitable terms for landlord client and a tenant.

Some high streets premises can be sold with a premium depend on licence they have, location, position and what kind of business is operating from premises in question. We will assist in all works involved in agreeing head terms, sending memorandum of sale to the solicitors of both parties and following up the progress until completion. 

The fees for landlords are 15% plus vat or 18% inc. vat from achieved rent figure and 10% plus vat or 12% inc. vat for achieved premium amount.

The fees for tenants start from £300 plus vat or £360 inc. vat. This also includes the reference checks we have to carry out.      

We are members of both the Property Ombudsman and Safeagent Schemes. Stelfort is also part of the Safeagent client money protection scheme.
