At Stelfort we will carry on as many viewings as necessary in order to find a right applicant for your rental investment. We will not sign up the quickest or easiest set of tenants that we are not comfortable with.

At Stelfort we focus to deal only with high calibre tenants who will respect your asset and will look after it.

Although, we are based in North London we have many loyal clients who instruct us to take care about their properties in South, West or East London as well. We sometimes go even further. We ignore understanding "covering only particular areas" since right approach to business and ability to recognise features of the property generates income no matter where property is.

When it comes to marketing your property we strongly believe that arranging professional pictures and floor plans are an important part of a property presentation. We believe a good presentation of your asset will lead to a successful completion.

Besides arranging professional pictures we will use key features of your property and its location when we write description of your property.

At Stelfort we have a large data base of awaiting potential tenants who normally register 6-8 weeks ahead in order to find a suitable accommodation. We also work close with several relocation agents and corporate clients. This helps us to find a tenant sometimes without advertising your asset on the internet or a newspaper.

All our rental properties are advertised on all main property websites such as,, and  We can also arrange "To Let" board arranged to promote your property.

We are members of both the Property Ombudsman and NALS Schemes. Stelfort is also part of the NALS client money protection scheme. 

Please be advised that any of the below fees may apply for your property. All fees are inclusive of VAT and our administrative works.  

Fees to Landlords:
Let & Managed: 16% (12.5% on renewals)
Let & Rent Collection: 12% (10% on renewals)
Let only: 10% (8% on renewals)
To hold security deposit: £32 per tenancy.
We cannot reimburse fees if property requested back earlier than fixed term.
